Cranbourne North

Cranbourne North is located in the City of Casey and had a population of 24,683 at the 2021 census.

Cranbourne North has two secondary schools, Lyndhurst Secondary College and Alkira Secondary College, and three primary schools; St Therese’s Primary School, Courtenay Gardens Primary School, and Tulliallan Primary School.

Thompson Parkway Shopping Centre is located on the corner of Thompsons Road and South Gippsland Highway. It was opened in March 1994, and contains a Woolworths supermarket, Priceline Pharmacy, Supercheap Auto, Rivers, Daniel’s Donuts and a number of other specialty shops. Cranbourne North Post Office opened here on 21 March 1994.

The Avenue Village Shopping Centre, located at the southern edge of the suburb off William Thwaites Boulevard, features a Woolworths, BWS store and Chemist Warehouse, alongside some smaller takeaway shops.

The Cranbourne Homemaker Centre is located just outside the formal boundary of the suburb, which includes many national stores.
